Austin Lewis named new Chairman of the Board OLDSMAR, Fla., Jan. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eAutoclaims (OTC:EACC) (BULLETIN BOARD: EACC) , a leading provider of managed collision repair services and insurance claims processing technology applications, announced today that Jeffrey Dickson has been elected by the Board of Directors of the Company to replace Eric Seidel as President and CEO, after Seidel informed the Board of his intent not to renew his contract to pursue other interests. Mr. Seidel has been appointed to serve as the Company's Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. W. Austin Lewis, IV has been elected as the Company's new Chairman of the Board replacing Mr. Dickson.
