(Amex: PHF) over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the first paragraph, third sentence, should read "The ex-date for the dividend is November 25, 2003" rather than "November 24" as originally issued inadvertently. Complete, corrected release follows: CINCINNATI, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Pacholder High Yield Fund, Inc. declared a regular monthly dividend of $0.075 per common share for the month ending November 30, 2003. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2003 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2003. The ex-date for the dividend is November 25, 2003. The Fund is a closed-end diversified management investment company with a leveraged capital structure.
