Nuveen Commodities Asset Management, LLC ("NCAM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, is the manager of the fund. The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of commodity futures and options contracts. The fund is an actively-managed, exchange-traded commodity pool.
