DigitalFX International, Inc. Appoints Acting Chief Financial Officer to Assist Company's Growth to Next Level

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DigitalFX
International, Inc. (AMEX:DXN), a digital communications company,
today announced the company has appointed Tracy Sperry as its
acting Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Sperry will oversee all
financial operations and ensure that all of the Company's
requirements as a publicly traded company are met in a timely
manner. Ms. Sperry has served as the Company's Director of Finance
since 2006. Prior to joining DigitalFX, Ms. Sperry worked as a
Controller and Financial Reporting Manager for Aristocrat
Technologies, Inc., an international gaming manufacturer and
Australian public company from 2002 to 2006. Prior, Ms. Sperry
spent eight years as an auditor, most recently with McGladrey &
Pullen, LLP, where she was employed from 1997 to 2002. Ms. Sperry
is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA. "We are
