ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On May 12, 2008, China Architectural Engineering, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded a $15 million contract to design, construct and install curtain wall systems for a development in Guangzhou, China. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 12, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded its first project in the United States, an $11.6 million contract to supply and install the curtain wall for a luxury condominium project in New York City. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.
