Peakstone Realty Description

Peakstone Realty Trust is an internally managed, real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and operates a portfolio of predominantly single-tenant industrial and office properties. These assets are generally leased to creditworthy tenants under long-term net lease agreements with contractual rent escalations. The Company¿s wholly owned portfolio contains properties with characteristics, including difficult-to-replicate locations and tenant investment in the building. The Company¿s primary long-term objective is to maximize shareholder value over time. It has three segments: Industrial, Office and Other. The Industrial segment consists of industrial properties with modern specifications. The Office segment consists of business-essential office properties. The Other segment consists of vacant and non-core properties, together with other properties in the same cross-collateralized loan pools.
