Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 27, 2023, The Healing Company Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of a preliminary clinical trial for its portfolio company Your Super of Your Super’s super food blend, Moon Balance. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
