HRSoft (CE) Description
Workstream Inc. ("Workstream" or the "Company"), is a provider of services and software for Human Capital Management ("HCM"). HCM is the process by which companies recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and retain their employees. Workstream offers software and services that address the needs of companies to more effectively manage their human capital management function. Workstream has two distinct reportable segments: Enterprise Workforce Services and Career Networks. The Enterprise Workforce Services segment offers a suite of HCM software solutions, which includes performance management, compensation management, development, recruitment, benefits administration and enrollment, succession planning, and employee reward programs. The Career Networks segment offers recruitment research, resume management and career transition services. In addition, Career Networks provides services through a web-site where job-seeking senior executives can search job databases and post their resumes, and companies and recruiters can post position openings and search for qualified senior executive candidates. |
