Experian® QAS®, a part of Experian Marketing Services and a leading provider of address verification software and services, today announced that Firstmark Credit Union has purchased QAS Pro and QAS Batch to improve overall address data quality within the credit union. The improvement in data quality is expected to enhance member service and advance marketing conversion.

The Experian QAS products will be used for loan origination and deposits, as well as by IT to cleanse existing information regularly. The tools are expected to reduce the amount of returned mail resulting from the 300,000 pieces of mail the credit union sends annually. In addition, address verification is expected to improve the data entry process and aid in long-term data quality improvements.
