FITT Highway Products, Inc. (OTCBB: FHWY) (the “Company”) announced today F.I.T.T. Energy Products Inc. (“FITT”), a non-affiliated operating partner, on March 13, 2012 completed production runs for three unique energy shots as required under FITT’s October 2011 Master Marketing Agreement with GRIPS Marketing Corporation (“GRIPS”). GRIPS anticipates rolling out the three products, which are named “F.I.T.T. Energy For Life”, “F.I.T.T. Extreme Energy For Life, and “F.I.T.T. Rx Energy For Life”, to approximately 1,000 retail stores in California starting in mid-April 2012.

GRIPS is managed by an individual with over 40 years’ experience marketing a variety of products to convenience stores and other retail outlets, and has significant relationships with some of the largest distributors that service those outlets. GRIPS’ sister company currently has a multi-million dollar per year purchasing contract of convenience store products from Core-Mark, a company that distributes products to over 30,000 stores through 28 distribution centers in the USA and Canada. FITT’s energy shots each include distinctive ingredients to appeal to needs of different retail audiences. FITT is in the process of revising its website, www.throwafitt.com, and developing marketing materials and unique counter displays to emphasize the differentiation of its products from its competitors.
