Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC (RR.LN), a global power systems company, said Thursday it is to power 20 new aircraft for Thai Airways International PCL (THAI.TH).

MAIN FACTS:

-Rolls-Royce Trent XWB and Trent 1000 engines will power 12 Airbus A350 XWB and eight Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

-No financial details disclosed.

-Rolls-Royce shares at 0955 GMT up 10 pence, or 1.4%, at 717.5 pence valuing the company at GBP13.24 billion.
