announced today that Century Casinos' one-third subsidiary Casinos
Poland Ltd. successfully hosted the Unibet Open Poker Tournament at
its casino at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Warsaw, Poland, from
December 3 - 6, 2009. The Unibet Open is a series of Live Texas
Hold'em Poker Tournaments operated throughout Europe since 2007.
This year saw the Unibet Open becoming one of the most popular and
well-known poker tours in Europe with tournaments in Budapest,
Algarve, London, Prague and the final event in Warsaw. A total of
401 players from 25 countries competed in the main event for a
total prize pool of PLN 2,566,400 (approx. $950,000). Sunday's
final table saw the best local player from Poland, Wojciech
Frankowski, claiming eighth place and the first place going to
