(OTC:SCCI) (BULLETIN BOARD: SCCI) , a manufacturer of high quality sputtering targets for select markets in the physical vapor deposition industry, elected five directors of the Company, approved the change of the corporate name to SCI Engineered Materials, Inc., and ratified the selection of Hauser + Taylor, LLC to serve as the Company's registered independent accounting firm for the year 2007, at its Annual Meeting on August 22, 2007. Messrs. Robert J. Baker, Jr., Walter J. Doyle, Robert H. Peitz, Daniel Rooney and Edward W. Ungar were each re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a term expiring at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The change of the Company's corporate name to SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. is consistent with the name that has been used in the Company's marketing since 2003 and is integral to current corporate branding activities.
