Of the shares sold in the offering, 7,500,000 shares were offered by ACL and 750,000 shares were offered by a selling stockholder. In addition, the underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 1,237,500 shares from the selling stockholder within the next 30 days at the public offering price.
