697,838 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company by Exeter Smaller Companies
Income Fund Ltd on 18 October 2000, the aggregate holding of clients of Exeter
Asset Management Ltd in the Company is now 2,502,162 ordinary shares of 25p 
(representing 6.26% of the issued share capital).

The aggregate holding of Exeter Asset Management Ltd is held as follows:

- Exeter Enhanced Income Fund Ltd 1,000,000 (2.50%)

- Exeter High Income Unit Trust 1,450,000 (3.63%)

- Exeter Smaller Companies Fund Ltd 52,162 (0.13%)
