The  Company announces that it received notification,  in
accordance  with  Sections 198-202 of the  Companies  Act
1985  (as amended) on 3 March 1999 that 3i Group  Plc  is
beneficially  interested  in  1,279,200  ordinary  shares
representing  16.51  per cent. of  the  Company's  issued
share capital.
