The People's Operator plc
("TPO" or the "Company")
Partnership with Save the Children and Senior Management
Appointment
The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial
mobile virtual network operator, is pleased to announce a new
US-based cause partnership with Save the Children, along with the
appointment of a Head of Customer Experience.
TPO is pleased to announce it has partnered with Save the
Children to raise funds to help transform the lives of children
around the world. TPO subscribers can direct 10% of their monthly
mobile spend to the cause of their choice, at no extra cost to
them, whether or not it is an existing TPO partner, such as Save
the Children. The agreement with Save the Children comes ahead of
TPO's launch in the North American market and represents one of a
number of partnerships agreed with major cause organisations in the
US.
Furthermore, ahead of the expected strong reception on launch in
the US, TPO has recruited Claire Kavanagh to the newly created role
of Head of Customer Experience. With a career spanning 15 years in
telecommunications, Claire has a wide range of experience in
Customer Experience Management. Most recently, she helped launch
giffgaff, where she set-up their communications, community,
customer care, advocacy and loyalty programmes. At TPO, Claire will
be responsible for all elements of the customer experience
including customer services.
Mark Epstein, CEO of The People's Operator, commented: "Save the
Children is well recognised for the outstanding work that it does
in improving children's lives. We are proud to partner with them
ahead of our launch into the US and we look forward to working with
them to deliver an outstanding service to their supporters whilst
at the same time raising much needed funds for their work.
"In addition, we are delighted to welcome Claire to the Group.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and Claire
is an industry leader in delivering first class support to
customers. She will be a great asset to the team."
"We are very happy to be named a featured partner as The
People's Operator launches its US operations," said Dana Langham,
Chief Corporate Development Officer, Save the Children Federation.
"Through this partnership, TPO will be helping to create lasting
change in the lives of children in the U.S. and around the
world."

virtual network operator that was founded in 2012 on the principle
that mobile could be used to change lives for the better. Customers
with TPO not only get the best deals, high quality mobile service

People's Operator LLP.
The Group's strategy is to maintain a low fixed-cost base, small
staff numbers and lower levels of advertising and marketing

developing an online community to expand the global network of

2014, and announced its intention to launch as a mobile virtual
