Tricorn, the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it was 
notified today that, following the sale on 6 December 2010 and 7 December 2010 
of a total of 310,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares"), Joe Grimmond is now interested in 2,026,596 Ordinary Shares 
representing approximately 6.30 per cent. of the Company's Ordinary Shares with 
voting rights.
