Scancell Ltd, a Nottingham based biotech company in which Oxford Technology
VCT plc is a shareholder, has recently signed a collaborative venture with
Danish company GenMab A/S to take a number of Scancell Ltd's therapeutic
monoclonal antibodies into the clinic. In a separate agreement, GenMab A/S has
invested US$0.5m in Scancell Ltd and will invest a further US$1.5m against
milstones, at US$17.642 per ordinary share.
