Oxford Technology VCT has invested a further #25,000 for 625 ordinary shares in
Avidex Ltd.

The company is a spin out from the University of Oxford and is led by Dr
Jakobsen, who was head of the T Cell Receptor Group at the Institute of
Molecular Medicine.  The company is working in two primary areas, the use of
engineered CD8 as an inhibitor of various auto-immune diseases such as
rheumatoid arthritis, and the use of engineered, soluble T Cell receptors to
target drugs.  The company also has a novel drug screening technology.
