dual listed (TSX:OSU)(AIM:OSU) London-based precious and base metals exploration and development 
company, announces that on 15 November 2010 it received a notification by Charlemagne Capital (IOM) 
Limited ("Charlemagne"), that on behalf of managed funds, as at 14 November 2010 Charlemagne is 
interested in 7,497,779 or 4.75% of the Ordinary Shares of no par value of the Company. Previously 
Charlemagne was interested in 12,129,468 Ordinary Shares or 7.69% of the total number of shares in
