    Director Share Dealing and Holding in Company

    The Company has been informed by Mr R S Murray, the Chairman of the Company, that on 3rd September 2008, various Family Trusts, of which
Mr & Mrs Murray are Trustees, transferred their entire holding of 11,160,000 shares in the Company for nil consideration to DB2 Limited, a
company wholly owned by one of Mr Murray's children. The transfer was effected for family administrative purposes.

    On the same day, the Company was informed that DB2 Limited had voting interests in 11,160,000 ordinary shares representing 39.52% of the
Company.
