                    Issue of equity and directors' dealings


The Company announces that it has issued 395,210 as a result of the exercise of
options. Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and
admission is expected to take place on 28 September 2007.  Following admission
the Company has an issued share capital of 28,241,465 ordinary shares.


Of the options exercised, 170,210 were exercised at a price of 113p and sold by
directors of the Company as detailed in the table below:
