Final Dividend Payment

Following today's announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2010, the Board of Networkers International Plc ('Networkers' or 'the Group'), the AIM-listed international recruitment company, is pleased to confirm that it is recommending a final dividend of approximately GBP0.3 million or 0.338p per ordinary share subject to approval by members at the next Annual General Meeting, notice of which will be posted to shareholders shortly. This dividend payment is in line with the Group's stated progressive dividend policy announced in October 2009.

The final dividend will be paid on 24th June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 3rd June 2011. The shares will become ex-dividend on 1st June 2011.
