Networkers International Plc, the AIM-listed technology recruitment company, was 
informed on 7th April 2009 that Lord William Astor purchased 250,000 Ordinary 
Shares in the Company at 8.5p per share on 6th April 2009. Lord William Astor is 
now interested in a total of 2,492,307 Ordinary Shares representing 2.7% of the 
Company's issued ordinary voting share capital.
