    The Company was informed on 10 October 2008 that Spencer Manuel, Chief Executive, and Jon Plassard, Chief Financial Officer, both
purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 12p per share on 10 October 2008.  

    Spencer Manuel now has a total shareholding of 15,090,190 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 16.36% of the Company's issued
ordinary voting share capital. Jon Plassard now has a total shareholding of 15,088,582 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 16.36% of
the Company's issued ordinary voting share capital.
