The Company was informed on 19 May 2004 by Commerzbank AG ("Commerzbank") that,
as at 12 May 2004, they were interested in 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 3.97 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.

The Company was further informed on 19 May 2004 by Commerzbank that, following a
recent purchase of Ordinary Shares, they were interested in 3,146,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 5.00 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
