Metrodome Group PLC ("Metrodome")

Appointment of Directors

Metrodome wishes to announce the following in respect of the
recent appointments of two Directors:

John Hall, age 50, was appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive
of Metrodome on 10 February 1998.  Howard Stanley Mighell, age
35, was appointed as Finance Director and Company Secretary of
Metrodome on 10 February 1998.

Mr Hall's and Mr Mighell's current and former directorships are
as shown below.

As at this date, neither Mr Hall nor Mr Mighell have any unspent
convictions in relation to indictable offences nor have they been
the subject of any public criticisms by statutory or regulatory
authorities.

There has been no bankruptcy nor individual voluntary
arrangements of either Director.  There has been no receivership
or liquidation of any company nor any composition or arrangement
of its creditors where Mr Hall or Mr Mighell was a director at
the time, or within 12 months preceding the date of such
bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation.  There has been no
compulsory liquidation, administrations or partnership voluntary
arrangements of any partnership where either director was a
partner at the time of or within the 12 months preceding such
event.  There has been no receivership or any asset of either
director or of a partnership of which either director was a
partner at the time of or within the 12 months preceding such
event.

Howard Mighell:

Anchor Garage (Liphook) Limited.
