Extension for posting of Scheme document

The deadline for posting of the formal documentation in respect of the Acquisition under the Takeover Code expires today. With the consent of the Panel, the Scheme document containing further information about the Acquisition and notices of the Court Meeting and General Meeting will be posted to Business Exchange Shareholders tomorrow, together with the forms of proxy for use in connection with these meetings.
