                           Interim dividend timetable


Subsequent to the publication of its results for the six months ended 31st
December 2007, Just Retirement today announces the proposed timetable for its
interim dividend and proposed scrip dividend alternative:


Ex-dividend date:                              9th April 2008

Record date:                                   11th April 2008

Scrip price set:                               16th April 2008

Last day for scrip elections:                  15th May 2008

Payment date:                                  30th May 2008


An extraordinary general meeting will be held at a date to be announced at which
shareholder approval will be sought for the scrip dividend alternative, in
accordance with Just Retirement's articles of association.
