Board committee changes at Irish Life & Permanent Group Holdings plc

Thursday 2(nd) June 2011. Alan Cook, the Chairman of Irish Life & Permanent Group Holdings plc, has announced a number of changes to the membership of the Committees of the Board following the recent Annual General Meeting of the Group.

The membership of the Board committees is now as follows:

Audit Committee: Roy Keenan (Chairman), Margaret Hayes & Pat Ryan.

Nomination Committee: Alan Cook (Chairman), Roy Keenan & Ray MacSharry.

Remuneration & Compensation Committee: Bernard Collins (Chairman), Alan Cook, Ray MacSharry & Pat Ryan.

Risk & Compliance Committee: Pat Ryan (Chairman), Sandy Kinney & Roy Keenan.

The Chairman has also announced that Roy Keenan has advised that he intends to retire from the Board once the current review of the structure of the Group has been completed.
