Reports on a disaggregated basis, i.e. separately for the following business
units: UBS Investment Bank, UBS Global Wealth Management and Business Banking,
UBS Global Asset Management DRCM, UBS Global Asset Management Traditional and
UBS Global Asset Management IFS.
The originally filed disclosure for breach date 06 August 2007 (10,097,660
shares - 3.65%) incorporated the holdings of two legal Entities (UBS Fund
Management (Switzerland) AG (0.27%) and UBS Fund Services (Luxembourg) SA (1.79%
which do not belong to the Business Unit of UBS Global Asset Management
Traditional and consequently should have been disregarded.
Neither Business unit of UBS has ever crossed a reportable threshold in the
issuer (ISIN IE 00B59NXW72)
