Amendment to Final terms for the issue by Irish Life & Permanent plc of EUR 
1,000,000,000 3.750 per cent. Notes due September 2010 to be consolidated and 
form a single series with the EUR 1,000,000,000 3.750 per cent. Notes due 
September 2010 issued on 13 February 2009 under the EUR 15,000,000,000 Euro Note 
Programme. 
 
 
The response to Item 15(iv) of Part A, under the heading "Broken Amount(s):" is 
amended from: 
 
 
"Short first coupon from and including the Issue Date to but excluding the First 
Interest Payment Date amounting to EUR20.136986 per Calculation Amount" 
 
 
to: 
 
 
"Short first coupon from and including 13 February 2009 to but excluding the 
First Interest Payment Date amounting to EUR23.321918 per Calculation Amount".
