Issue of EUR 10,000,000 Dynamic Amount Linked Notes due March 2013 
- ISIN CODE: XS0246399082 

European Credit Management Limited has issued on the 17th May 2006
new EUR notes (the "New Underlying"), under the Base Prospectus of European
Credit (Luxembourg) S.A. ("ECL") Medium Term Note Programme, for which European
Credit Management Ltd is the Investment Manager:



                         Series 719 - XS0255027525     


in order to replace the following notes (the "Old Underlying") which have been 
previously issued (and are being redeemed as at 24th May 2006):     

                       Series 536 - ISIN XS0217963791   


The New Underlying will be issued pursuant to the currant ECL Base Prospectus
dated 10th October 2005, which such document is the current Prospectus Directive
Compliant offering document and substantially similar to the Offering
Circular(s) pursuant to which the Old Underlying were issued. The Redemption
Amounts derived from the Old Underlying will be invested in (and from the
notional amount of) the New Underlying, which will bear a return generated
from ECL's underlying portfolio and calculated in the same way as the returns
paid on the Old Underlying.



The date of effect of the replacement has been on the 17th May 2006.
