DIRECTOR'S DEALING

Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified on 23 October that Martin Coles, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 common shares in the Company at a price of GBP0.1725 per share. Following this purchase, Martin Coles is now interested in a total of 472,790 common shares, representing approximately 0.30% of the issued shares in the capital of the Company.
