              EXMOOR DUAL INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
        (to be renamed BFS Income & Growth Trust PLC)
                              
The Company announces that dealings in the New Ordinary
Shares, New Income Shares and New Zero Coupon Preference
Shares are expected to commence at
9.00 am on Monday 20 July, 1998 following the issue of the
Official Listing Notice issued by the London Stock Exchange.
As shareholders will be aware, the change of name to BFS
Income & Growth Trust PLC was approved at the Extraordinary
General Meeting held on Monday 13 July, 1998. However, the
listing for the New Shares will initially be in the name of
Exmoor Dual Investment Trust PLC but following the receipt
of the change of name certificate by the London Stock
Exchange, the listing will be amended to BFS Income & Growth
Trust PLC from the commencement of business on Tuesday 21
July, 1998.
