  DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS 


 




  Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, would like to disclose the following share dealings by directors. 


 




  Mapal has sold 558,625 shares in DMG, or 2.04% of the issued share capital, to an independent party in an off market transaction for a price of 75p per share. Mapal retain an option that expires on 31 March 2011 to repurchase these shares in DMG for a price of 2 GBP per share. 


 




  As a result of this transaction, Mapal's direct and indirect holding in DMG is 9,549,744 ordinary shares, or 34.87% of the issued share capital. Because of their interest in Mapal, Ms. Tamar Mozes Borovitz and Mr. Nadav Palti now have an indirect interest of 5,636,097 and 1,967,324 ordinary shares respectively, or 20.58% and 7.18% of DMG's issued share capital respectively.
