Dori Media Group ("Dori Media" or "DMG"), the international media company active
in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, today announced that the Board of
Directors has granted share options on February 24, 2008 over 447,375 Ordinary
shares of 0.1 NIS each to the Company's controlling shareholders, directors,
officers, employees and others. The options for officers and employees vest over
a period of 4 years from the grant date, the options relating to directors and
controlling shareholders vest over a period of 3 years and those options
relating to others vest immediately following the grant date. The options
relating to directors, officers and employees are exercisable for a period of 10
years from the grant date and those relating to others are exercisable for a
period of 30 months from the grant date. The granting of the options to
Controlling Shareholders and Directors is subject to approval by DMG's
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting which will take place 14th April
2008.

The options have been granted at an exercise price, as set out in the Company's
2004 Share Option Plan, equal to the greater of: (a) the average of the middle
market quotation of an Ordinary Share of the Company as derived from the
appropriate listing for the three dealing days immediately preceding the date of
the grant; and (b) the middle market quotation of an ordinary share as derived
from the appropriate listing at the end of trading on the date of the grant.
