                                DIRECTOR DEALING

Dori Media Group ("Dori Media" or "DMG"), the international media company active
in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela would like to disclose the
following share dealing by a director of Dori Media.

On 17 October, 2007, Dori Media announced a placing to raise �4.2m at 165p per
share, with the admission of the new shares taking place on 13 November, 2007.
Michael Rosenberg, a director of Dori Media, acquired 9,100 shares in the
placing, at the placing price, to take his holdings in DMG to 17,100 ordinary
shares.
