   Dori Media agrees to let one of its three Television studios to Argentinean
               production company Ideas Del Sur for US$3.6 million

Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Group"), the international media company active
in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, today announces that its 50% held
subsidiary Dori Media Central Studios S.A. (DMCS), formerly Central Park
Productions S.A., has agreed to let one of its three Buenos Aires Television
studios to leading Argentinean producer, Ideas Del Sur. The rental agreement
runs over three years from January 2008 for a total consideration of US$3.6
million for DMCS.

Ideas Del Sur produced 'Patito Feo' in the DMCS studios in 2007 and would like
to continue producing in the same facilities in the future. DMCS, is as of
October 2007 jointly owned by Dori Media International GmbH, the fully owned
Swiss subsidiary of DMG, and Celina Amadeo, CEO of DCMS and Vice President of
Production at Dori Media Contenidos S.A.. Dori Media Group will continue to be
able to use the remaining two studio facilities for its own production
requirements.
