             RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dori Media Group Ltd. (the "Company"), the international media company active in
the production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, held
an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "EGM") today at the
registered offices of the Company, located at 2 Raul Wallenberg Street,
Tel-Aviv, Israel, to approve the admission to AIM of 2,567,000 new ordinary
shares ("New Ordinary Shares"), of NIS 0.10 par value each with institutional
investors, as announced on October 17th. All the resolutions proposed at the EGM
to authorise the dis-application of pre-emption rights with respect to the
issuance of the aforesaid New Ordinary Shares were duly passed.
