SPAIN'S GRUPO SOGECABLE ACQUIRES SECOND SEASON OF DORI MEDIA'S 'REBELDE WAY'

Dori Media Group LTD ("DMG"), the international media company active in the
field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and
merchandising of Telenovela, announces today that Grupo Sogecable, one of
Spain's largest media groups, has exercised today its option to purchase the
second season of DMG's 'Rebelde Way' for screening in Spain and Andorra.

As referred to in DMG's announcement of 3 March 2006, Grupo Sogecable signed an
agreement with Dori Media International GmbH ("DMI") to buy the first season of
'Rebelde Way' and had until 30 September 2006 to exercise its option to acquire
the second season.

'Rebelde Way'. This illustrates the phenomenal success encountered by the series
in over 50 countries around the world. In Spain, 'Rebelde Way' is broadcast on
Grupo Sogecable's free-to-air TV channel Cuatro, on pay TV channel Jetix
(formerly Fox Kids), and on Localia TV, a regional TV channel."
