DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

London, March 9, 2006. Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the international media
company active in the production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising
of Telenovela, has today been informed that Mapal Communications Ltd. ("Mapal"),
the 87.74% direct and indirect holder in Mapal Eden Telenobles Ltd, which itself
holds 40.01% of DMG's issued ordinary share capital, has today acquired 8,000
shares of DMG at 77p. per share, taking its direct holding in DMG to 39,500
ordinary shares or 0.203% of the issued share capital and its total direct and
indirect holding to 7,015,381 shares, representing 36.12% of DMG's issued
ordinary share capital.

Because of their interests in Mapal, Ms. Tamar Mozes-Borovitz and Mr. Nadav
Palti are now indirectly interested in 4,304,544 ordinary shares or 22.16% of
DMG's issued share capital and 1,444,343 ordinary shares or 7.44% of DMG's
issued share capital respectively.
