DORI MEDIA GROUP SIGNS AGREEMENT

WITH SPAIN'S GRUPO SOGECABLE

London, 3 March, 2006. Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group LTD
("DMG"), the international media company active in the production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, announced today that its fully
owned Swiss subsidiary, Dori Media International GmbH ("DMI") has signed an
agreement, originally budgeted by DMI for 2005, with one of Spain's largest
media groups, Grupo Sogecable, to broadcast the series of 'Rebelde Way' in Spain
and Andorra for a total potential consideration of Euro  1.8 million (equivalent to
approximately US$ 2.145 million).

Under the terms of the agreement, Grupo Sogecable has purchased the first season
of 'Rebelde Way', for screening in Spain and Andorra, for Euro  625,500 (equivalent
to approximately US$ 750,000) and has the option, exercisable until 30 September
2006, to purchase the second for a further Euro  1,163,500 (equivalent to
approximately US$ 1,395,000).

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of DMG, commented: "This is an important deal for
DMG. Spain is a key media market for us and we are very happy to launch our
popular Telenovela 'Rebelde Way' on a Spain free-to-air TV channel (Cuatro
channel) in partnership with Grupo Sogecable. 'Rebelde Way' is already
broadcast, with a big success, in Spain on Jetix (formerly Fox Kids), a pay TV
channel and on Localia TV, a regional TV channel."
