TRADING STATEMENT

The Directors of Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the international media company
active in the production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of
Telenovela, would like to update shareholders on current trading, in advance of
the Company's preliminary results, which will be announced later this month.

The Directors expect, subject to final agreement with the auditors, that DMG's
results for the year ended 31 December 2005 will show a 16% year-on-year
increase in turnover at around US$12 million, with an operating profit of nearly
US$2 million, profit before tax of almost US$1.7 million and net profit of more
than US$1.6 million. This is lower than the Company anticipated mainly due to a
delay in two contracts, which the Company currently expects to complete in 2006.

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group commented: "We are committed
to continuing negotiations with our other partners in order to secure these
contracts and additional revenues for Dori Media Group in 2006".
