EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group ("DMG"), the international
media company active in the production, distribution, broadcasting and
merchandising of Telenovela, announces that DMG has today issued 9,375 new
ordinary shares of NIS 0.1 each pursuant to the exercise of options by a former
employee in accordance with the Dori Media Group Ltd 2004 Share Option Plan and
for a consideration of NIS 3.00 per share. Application will be made for the new
ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary
shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
