DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the
international media company active in the production, distribution, broadcasting
and merchandising of Telenovela, announced that following the purchase by
Mapal-Eden Telenobles Ltd. ("Eden") of 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company on
30 June 2005 at 106p per share, Tamar Mozes-Borovitz and Nadav Palti, directors
of the Company, are now beneficially interested in 4,281,309 and 1,436,211
shares respectively, representing 23.16 per cent. and 7.77 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.

NOTES:

Tamar Mozes-Borovitz owns 73.53% Noa M.B. Communications Ltd., which in turn
holds 80% of Mapal Communications Limited ("Mapal"), which in turn holds 71%
Eden. Eden holds 7,770,161 shares in the Company which after the said purchase,
represent a holding of 42.03%. In addition Mapal holds 68.6% LDI Licensing
Dynamics International Ltd. ("LDI") which holds 9% Eden and which also holds 77%
DTR - Direct to Retail Ltd. ("DTR") which in turn holds 20% Eden. DTR owns
300,000 shares in the Company. Tamar Mozes-Borovitz additionally owns 26.63%
Granit Hacarmel Investments Ltd. which holds 31.4% LDI.

Nadav Palti owns 25.74% Noa M.B. Communications Ltd., which in turn holds 80% of
Mapal Communications Limited ("Mapal"), which in turn holds 71% Eden. In
addition Mapal holds 68.6% LDI which holds 9% Eden and which also holds 77% DTR
which in turn holds 20% Eden.
