RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

London, June 23, 2005. The Directors of Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the
international media company active in the production, distribution, broadcasting
and merchandising of Telenovela, announce the result of the extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders ("EGM") held in Tel-Aviv, Israel today.

All the resolutions on the agenda were duly passed at the EGM, including the
appointment of Mr. Nathaniel Sebag-Montefiore as an External (Independent)
Director of the Company, various changes to the Company's Articles of
Association and the appointment of Mr. Michael Samuel Rosenberg, an existing
non-executive Director, as an External (Independent) Director for the purposes
of Israeli Companies Law.

Mr. Nathaniel Charles Sebag-Montefiore, aged 66, spent 15 years in the chemical
industry in the UK during which time he travelled extensively in Latin America
often as a sales manager. He then spent 20 years in banking with first Grindlays
Bank where he ran the Spanish office for four years and then Swiss Bank
Corporation and Barclays. At Barclays he was a stockbroker and was involved in
the fund raising for the Israel Fund for �150 million which the bank ran as the
then largest investment trust devoted to Israel. At Barclays, he was also
managing director of a joint venture company with Nafinsa, the Mexican
government development agency. He is currently a non-Executive Director of four
private companies: Insulation and Machining Services Ltd., Chariot Underwriting
plc, Chariot Incorporated plc and L'Epicerie de Provence Ltd. and has in the
past five years been a Director of the following companies: Boursot Wines plc
and Heywood Environmental Group plc which were both placed in liquidation in the
12 months after Mr Sebag-Montefiore ceased to be a Director with modest
shortfalls to creditors.

There are no further matters that fall to be disclosed under schedule 2
paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules.
