DORI MEDIA GROUP

TRADING UPDATE

The Directors of Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the international media company
active in the production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of
Telenovela, would like to update shareholders on current trading, in advance of
the Company's interim results which are expected to be announced in the summer.

The Directors expect DMG's results for the year ending 31 December 2005 to be
broadly in line with market expectations despite expected lower than previously
anticipated results for the first half of 2005.

DMG has now collated results for its live concerts at the end of April which
experienced a shortfall in revenues following lower than anticipated ticket
sales of the Floricienta shows in Israel.

The Board expects results for the first half to show a net profit. However, this
is expected to be a few hundred thousand US dollars lower than the Company
anticipated. Other divisions of the Company are performing to plan and
conditions have improved in May, with new initiatives underway which Directors
expect to compensate for the shortfall in concert ticket sales.

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group commented: "The Floricienta
show ticket sales were lower than we had anticipated but successfully promoted
the TV series and received positive critical acclaim. Our other business
segments are in line with our expectations and we look forward to some positive
news flow over the coming months".
