City Site Estates plc announces that it has sold 14 properties in Scotland to
Groveway Properties Limited for a total cash consideration of #7.61 million of
which #7.174 million is payable on completion and #436,000 is deferred for 18
months.

The properties are located throughout Scotland and currently produce annual
income of approximately #880,000.

The proceeds will be used to reduce the Group's debt finance and for
reinvestment.
